Mrs. Sharon J Crann did a great job selling our home on Olive Avenue in Oshawa. After my wife and I decided to sell our home, my wife went looking for a real estate agent with a great record. I wanted two things: number one was results and number two was an agent that wouldn't give up until the job was done. From visits to the LCBO on Simcoe Street North, I knew that there was a real estate office somewhere around there. It turned out to be a HomeLife Cimerman franchise. My wife stopped by and Sharon happened to be on duty that morning. THey hit it right off and the next day, Sharon came over to check out hte house, she told us exactly what was going to happen and what her role and our role would be, suggested some slight changes on the presentation of the home and then proceeded to list it. She did a great job on posting a virtual tour on her websites and the house attracted a lot of attention because of it.
